Example Recipe for Chicken Vindaloo (for two):
Cut 500 gms (a full pkt.) of Breast chicken, or debone two full chicken legs into one inch pieces.
Boil Chicken for bout twenty minutes, till it becomes tender. Enjoy a chilled glass of white wine and a ciggie (if you're a smoker that is) while waiting.
Add half tsp. Of vinegar and half tsp of sugar in chicken and mix it well.
Heat one tbsp. Oil in a pan
Chop finely, half an onion and brown it in the oil. (optional)
Add 1 tsp. Finely chopped Garlic to the onions. (optional)
Put chicken to the pan.
Add required quantity of Vindaloo EASY CURRIES to the pan.
Add half a cup of the chicken stock (water remaining when you boiled the chicken).
Add required amount of red chilli powder.
Add salt to taste.
Let it simmer for bout five or ten minutes on a medium fire or till sauce becomes thick..
Garnish with finely chopped coriander and slit green chillies and serve.
You can also add whatever you want to make the Curry more to your taste, and the chicken can be substituted for veggies, beef, pork, fish, etc. ctc. etc. (courtesy “King and I”).
